Litigation Support Engagement

This letter confirms the engagement of AffidavitCheck LLC ("Analyst") by ("Counsel"), attorney of record in (the "Matter").

1. Scope. Analyst will review the financial affidavit(s) and financial records Counsel provides and deliver a written reconciliation and findings report with exhibit citations and Bates-referenced schedules (the "Report"). Scope covers the documents listed in Schedule A; additional documents extend scope only by written agreement.
2. Role. Analyst acts solely as litigation support at Counsel's direction and as a non-testifying consultant. Analyst does not provide legal advice, accounting attestation, or audit services under professional auditing standards, and will not be identified as a testifying expert. Work product is prepared for Counsel and, to the extent the law allows, is intended to fall within Counsel's work-product protections.
3. Fee. Flat fee of $, due 50% on engagement and 50% on delivery. Follow-up analysis beyond the Report at $95/hour on Counsel's written instruction. Fees are for analysis; no fee or outcome is contingent on the result of the Matter.
4. Delivery. Within five (5) business days of receipt of the complete Schedule A documents (seventy-two hours if the rush fee applies).
5. Confidentiality & data handling. All materials are held on encrypted storage, used only for the Matter, disclosed to no one, and destroyed or returned within 14 days of Counsel's written instruction at matter close. Analyst will not contact any party, witness, or opposing counsel.
6. Conflicts. Counsel provides party names for a conflict check before documents are transmitted; Analyst maintains a conflict register and declines adverse engagements.
7. Limitations. The Report's conclusions are limited to the documents provided and may change with additional records. Analyst makes no representation that the Report is admissible; use of the Report in the Matter is Counsel's decision and responsibility.
8. Governing law. Florida. Any dispute in the courts of Sarasota County.
